A Corporation is not a person and is not entitled to the same first amendment rights afforded individual persons in the United States...

Impetus
Some things are so wrong that you just have to do something about them. This is one of those issues. I do have to say that I am learning and exploring this issue myself, but my personal reaction to this decision by the Supreme Court on this issue was strong and sure.

A Corporation is not a person and should not be guaranteed all of the same constitutional rights as individual persons of the United States

Purpose
This website, its resources, and associated connected forums exists as a resource for those interested in learning more about the Supreme Court Ruling decided January 21, 2010 which rejected corporate spending limits in the political process, thereby giving corporations the ability to outspend individual citizens in the free speech debates that allow voters to become informed prior to making their choice of candidates in elections.

This decision give the rights the framers of our constitution intended to protect the individual voices of all citizens to the voices of corporations that do not share the same interests as individual citizens and have magnitudes more money to spend in political advertising than groups of individuals can amass - thus giving them control of our democracy.
